Yes. Our facility is equipped with multiple deck generations, baking ovens for sticky-shed syndrome, and wet/dry cleaning systems. We'll always attempt capture first and report honestly if a tape is unrecoverable.
10 tapes of average length (60 min) is usually a 3–4 business day workflow, including capture, ProRes master export, and basic scene verification. Rush 48-hour service is available at 1.6× rate.
Regularly. We hold ongoing contracts with regional broadcasters, university archives, and documentary production houses — typically for multi-year tape-by-tape migrations of cataloged holdings.
We provide prepaid, insured shipping labels for archives over 25 tapes. All shipments are tracked, opened on camera, and verified against your manifest. Insured value up to $50,000 per shipment is included.
